We pride ourselves on the range of products we offer and the high standard of customer service given by our dedicated team. Our friendly team of staff are available during shop opening hours and will be happy to advise and guide you, when choosing the fireplace or stove that is perfect for your home.

Customers purchasing from the showroom will be offered a no obligation site survey before any work is carried out, meaning that they can place their order with confidence knowing that the stove or fireplace they have chosen is right for them.

We also offer a full installation service using our own experienced and qualified installers. Our Hetas and Gas Safe registered engineers are experts in their fields; we never outsource installation so we can always guarantee that the work carried out in your home will be done so by reliable, trustworthy and fully qualified tradesmen.

As part of our high quality service we are happy to offer to carry out a site survey by a Hetas qualified engineer. In our consultation we offer our advice and expertise tailored to you ensuring you are getting the best product for your home. We can give you an accurate idea of cost and answer any questions you may have.

There will be a small charge for the survey but this will be deducted from the final order. Local - £25.00, Twin wall - £50.00, Outside catchment - £50.00.

Surveys are available Monday - Friday AM only. Cost of the survey is payable on booking, this is refundable when placing an order.
